Registration Prices

• Registration (until June 10, 2024): 200€
• Registration for students and research fellows* (until June 10, 2024): 100€

* Students and research fellows must prove their status by submitting proof at the time of registration.

To participate in ALEGG 2024, you must register through the University of Évora Event Management System, available at the following link:

Instructions for registering with the Event Management System

• Register in the system
• Login to the system with the created credentials
• Choose the event from the list: Assembleia Luso Espanhola de Geodesia e Geofísica (2024-06-24 - 2024-06-28)
• Click in 'Register'
• Click in 'Confirm registration'
• Choose registration type
• Choose 'Request Proforma Invoice' if necessary
• Choose 'Request Receipt' if necessary
• Confirm 'Registration and Privacy Policy'
• Continue
• Payment is available by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card.
• In case of payment by Bank Transfer, you must include the reference ALEGG2024, as well as the first and last name and SGE registration ID.
• You must access 'Confirm payment', enter data for billing, submit proof of payment and proof document in the case of a student or research fellow.
